How to make a B2B order

Step 1: Request account activation

To activate your account, simply send an email to kevin{at}delalande-pê


( anti-spam security, remember to replace the {at} with @ ).


As on the attached example, include the name and full address of the shop, and if possible the customer number (C98***)

Step 2: Log in with your login details

Your login and password will then be sent to you by e-mail, they are to be entered on the following login page: 

Step 3: Go to the shop

Then click on “Shop” in the top right-hand corner to go to the shop’s homepage.

You will then have all categories of products available, the navigation is instinctive to find the products you want to order.


You can also use the search bar at the top right to find products (also works with product references)

Step 4: Selection of product variants

Select the different product variants you want, the packaging and stock will be displayed and you can then add your products to the shopping cart. 

In the example below, the minimum order quantity (Ve) is 6 pieces. So you need to add 6 pieces to the basket to get 6 blisters of 3 Sandra.

Step 5: Check and validate the shopping cart

Check your shopping cart, the shipping costs and free shipping will be calculated automatically according to your usual conditions.

Step 6: Add a comment and validation

Once your shopping cart is confirmed, you can add a comment to your order (special request or question).

After a final check, you can then validate your order, you will then receive a confirmation email. The final invoice will be sent to you as usual with the order.
