Zand Fat 7 cm – A ready-to-fish perch trout lure

The Zand Fat 7 cm is a 7 cm perch trout lure designed for light fishing. With a weight of 4 g, this small shad offers a natural presentation and is easy to use. Its slightly compact body and large paddle create an attractive action, even at slow speed.

In addition, this version comes rigged and ready to fish. You can therefore start fishing immediately. There is no need to choose and rig the head and hook separately.

A soft action for light fishing

The Zand Fat has a thin tail that ends with a large paddle. A reinforced section at the base of the paddle controls its rolling action. As a result, the lure keeps a smooth and natural movement.

Its rolling action is slower and more moderate than the Shad GT. However, the Zand Fat still produces strong vibrations. Its large paddle also moves a significant amount of water.

Therefore, the lure stays active even during a very slow retrieve. A small rod movement is also enough to bring the Zand Fat to life.

A Zamak head for a gliding action

The 7 cm perch trout lure features a Zamak head. This head gives the lure a more gliding action. The Zand Fat therefore works both on the drop and during the retrieve.

You can easily vary your retrieve. For example, let the lure sink before starting a slow retrieve. This technique allows you to cover several depths.

With a weight of only 4 g, the 7 cm model is particularly suitable for light fishing. It allows you to target perch and trout with a discreet presentation.

A small shad for perch and trout

The Zand Fat 7 cm is mainly designed for light perch and trout fishing. Its small profile makes it ideal for presenting a prey of a reasonable size.

During a slow retrieve, its paddle creates a smooth swimming action. On the other hand, a faster retrieve allows you to cover more water. In both cases, the lure remains stable and keeps its action.

Moreover, its ribbed lateral line increases the vibrations. It also adds an extra visual detail during the retrieve.

A rigged lure with a Zamak head

This version of the Zand Fat 7 cm comes ready to fish. Its lead-free Zamak head meets current requirements. It also makes the lure simple to use straight from the box.

In addition, we manufacture these heads in our workshops. We then equip them with a French-quality hook. You therefore get a ready-to-fish lure that is simple to use.

Finally, Delalande soft plastic is designed to withstand repeated strikes. It now contains 85% bio-based material.

The lure to use when others do not work

The Zand Fat can make a difference when fish become cautious. Its soft action and vibrations offer a different presentation.

Therefore, it is an interesting option when other lures fail to produce results. Its slow action also allows you to spend more time working a specific area.
