A spinner bait with soft frame :

Spoons mount on softbaits
Another alternative to the spinner bait is the addition of a spoon on its lure rig. A spoon adds vibrations to the assembly but also flashes of light during recovery. Spoons can be added to lures in a variety of ways, either through a flex jig head, by screwing a spoon directly onto the lure, or by performing a paddle rig using piano wire.
The spinner flash is also a good alternative, which allows you to create a mini spinnerbait, by simply adding it to a jig head softbait rig, thus allowing you to choose the weight, color and model of your “spinnerbait”.
